I used to get the triple treat box with the parm garlic boneless bites, and they actually had enough sauce to coat the wings. Plenty!
They put like 6 drops of the sauce in them now. STOP BEING CHEAP or I'll stop ordering from you, because papa Murphy's is pricier but a whole lot better and you're turning me away from my guilty pleasure of pizza hut

I ordered 2 pizzas online using my phone. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I discovered that I had made a mistake with the 2nd pizza. I had 3 hungry children with me and the one child has allergies and could not eat either of the pizzas that were ordered. The manager put in a rush order for a pizza that the affected child could eat and had it ready very quickly. He gave the extra pizza to me free of charge even though it was my mistake. I was very impressed with the way the manager handled the situation.

Not only friendly customer service but we’re mildly high maintenance with our order and it’s been made perfect, every single time! Hands down the best Pizza Hut I’ve had - thanks guys!

Decent store in evanston opened till late evening and got vegetarian food options in menu

I picked up pizza from Pizza Hut on Thursday night. It was gluten-free pizza. The pizza was very crunchy and they did not even cut it into slices. They gave me a whole pizza and charge me $22 for it, bring up your game. I wasn’t expecting this from Pizza Hut. On top of it, they are charging for seasonings now, such a low level. I am attaching the receipt as a proof of what I paid. Never going back to Pizza Hut. Try pizza 73 gluten-free pizza way better than this place.

Service was good, quick, and friendly. The cashier saved us some money with a walk in special. Overall good!

Excellent pizza

Ordered two hand tossed pizzas today for $16.99 each plus GST and total of $35 plus GST , when brought home and found it was substandard , had way more crust around and hardly any cheese on them , called store and girl told me that she is on training and got me manager named “ Sheria” who had very disappointing attitude , wanted me to send pictures on email she provided and put me on hold and I was expecting should at least say sorry of my experience but she never said sorry at any point but mentioned that we follow our standards and will call me back when get pictures , never said any single word of sorry . Very much disappointed. Pictures are here for reference ☹️

Food is good. Whole family likes it. Only issue is the price online is cheaper than in-store
