I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. This experience was beyond disappointing; it was downright disrespectful.

when I shared my honest feedback in the survey the company sent, I never expected to be called out for it. Later that same day, I received a call from an employee at the store, demanding an explanation for my review. Instead of showing any interest in addressing my concerns, it felt like they were more focused on defending their mistakes.

The worst part? When I was explaining why I was disappointed, the girl on the phone, Shreya, actually said, “If you don’t like it, you can take your business somewhere else.” So that’s the company’s response to criticism—just push customers away? ? ??

It’s beyond frustrating and shows how little they care about improving. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

It appears they changed owners. I order the same pizza every time. I noticed that pizza looks small. I took a measuring tape and they gave me a medium sized pizza and put it in the large box. I called them and they said they gave me a large pizza. I said I took a picture and it confirms what I said. I went there to show it which I posted here and they said I don't know what that is but I saw on our cameras it is a large pizza. They kept on insisting. I said ok show me your picture, they said we not allowed to show you. I said show the Uber driver. 49 minutes later, they can not find the picture which means they lied the first time. These guys need training on customer service. I gave up and left. The pizza was different, what my kids said. Couple with this experienece where the worker tried to squeeze me when I was right, has no honor especially when they are at fault, they lost a life time of business from us. I hope it was worth the 4 bucks profit.

Been in Calgary now 6 months and this is my go to pizza place. I have always had good experience and the pizza is good. I like ordering their walk in pizza because it is just right for my daughter (size). If your picky when it comes to food, like me, and are in the area looking for pizza, stop at this location!
