This location has zero customer service. Ordered last night Dec 31, 2024 and it was a 40 min wait no problem. 5:20pm it showed our order had arrived. Waited until 5:45pm before I started calling as our order still hadn't shown up. 6:00pm decided to go grab a burger instead. Came home and at 6:40pm our doorbell rings and it's the delivery guy getting angry at me cause he couldn't find our place. I said so it took you an hour 80 mins to find our place. He said yup. I said I'm not paying for cold food. He told me I had to or I'd be reported. I said again I'm not paying for cold food. I have since still been unable to contact anyone and it's now 2:40pm on Jan 1

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location (5010 4th St NE - McKnight) but every time I order, the pizza is underdone. The center is doughy and the cheese is just barely melted (not browned). I have to put the pizza into my air fryer to finish cooking it. I’m always so disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again as this has happened twice before. Additionally, they do not answer their phones so putting in a complaint is nearly impossible unless you go directly to the location. Please, learn how to cook pizza properly.

Friendly staff. One side of the restaurant was blocked and on the other side 4 to 5 delivery drivers were hanging out so I did take out. Price was reasonable. Overall okay.
