Worst pizza delivery I’ve ever had. They said our order would be here at 6:45 and it came at 7:30!!! The pizza was cold when it got here and delivery driver didn’t know what door to go to when he got here. Never had this problem before but definitely will not order from this place again

I ordered a pizza. The online order said 30 minutes. It took nearly an hour and a half. Pizza was stone cold when the delivery person showed up. I was on hold for over 30 minutes on their phone line to enquire as to what's going on. No one ever answered.
This will be the last pizza hut order I ever make.
Customer service is not a priority here.
If i could do a minus 1 star, I would.

Worst service i called for a veggie pizza at 8:13 pm .. lady on call has no sense .. i was asking her for a deal on veggie and she is giving me deal with chicken and they way she talk and explain it look like she is on training or didnt know how to talk .. she cut the call as soon as i correct her that i repeated 5 times already i want only veggie .. (5 times). But forget about 5 time for a second she cut the call as soon as i told her i only want veggie .. i called 2 times she dint even answer the call .. i will call some other store i wanted to order 10 large veggie for a party .. and u loose business

DO NOT ORDER BONELESS WINGS! I got the boneless buffalo wing and garlic Parmesan wings, BOTH came with next to no sauce on them and they were rock hard and tiny some of them were just the batter they coat them in to fry them with jo chicken inside! I am very upset i am in the hospital so i dont get to enjoy food much and i have to Order through uber so i cant just go to the store and make them fix it and they refuse to answer the phone so i cant call to complain either this is ridiculous i am out almost 40$ that i dont have to waste and i get to go hungry with no dinner because i am in hospital i cant just go to my own kitchen and make my own food at home. So i get to go hungry now .
