This place is actually much better than a Symons Valley location as they always take so much time at the other spot. Great service...will be back!

I will never order from this Pizza Hut location in Hidden Valley again. The pizza was cold, and both the pepperoni and cheese were burnt. I called the store simply to inform them of the issue,not to ask for a refund or credit, as the pizza only cost $11. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. She did not apologize and instead questioned how that was even possible. When I suggested she speak with the person who made the pizza, her response remained dismissive and unprofessional. The way this was handled was more upsetting than the food itself. I hope the person I spoke with was not the owner, because this level of customer service will quickly drive customers away.

The manager was supposed to call me after a very unpleasant delivery( missing items, cheese non existent on half the pizza, burnt cookie) and never received a phone call back as I requested a refund. I have tried to get a hold of them now and nobody answers the phone. Horrible food and service.

We ordered one large pizza and literally over two inches with no any ingredients just dough. It seems like medium to small even .
I ordered delivery pizza. It is so under-baked. The dough is still very raw. It’s gros. I have to put it in oven re-baked myself. What is the point to pay delivery then. So bad experience, I am a long time customer with them. I won’t order anything from them again.They don’t even value their customers because they must have noticed it was raw when they cut the pizza. They still sent it to me as it.
