Yesterday, we ordered multiple pizzas from this Pizza Hut, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. The girl at the customer service desk was especially polite, friendly, and supportive. I truly appreciate the great service provided.

First time I went there, the lady totally ignored me. No customer service at all and served the person behind me when I called her on it. She obviously didn't care the second time I went there 15 minutes he told me for the pizza. 45 minutes later he told me he had burned it and had to make me a new one. Gave me a thin crust which I never ordered the thin crust with the barbecue chicken. Very disappointed on their customer service. He did not burn the pizza. He obviously didn't make it else because they were arguing and there was a scuffle and I never smelt any burning pizza at all so he lied The food was very good but the customer service sucks
