This place is a bit of a joke. I went in store to order the big new Yorker pizza with pepperoni and the hot honey dip. There are posters on the windows advertising this promotion deal. When I tried to order the guy at the till immediately tried to upsell me a more expensive promo deal. When I said I only wanted the individual pizza he said I had to order online and he couldn’t put my order through at the till. He told me to go on my phone and order so that’s what I ended up doing. The pizza barely had any toppings on it as well. I’ve been to this Pizza Hut before and ordered in store without any issues and the pizza was decent. Certainly a big fail. Date was July 01 2025:around 15:30

First time ordering delivery late at night and the man in the small white Chevrolet did not give me my full change back and kept 5 dollars when I said something he yelled at me and said I have to tip. This was in front of my child and he ended up scaring my child to a point they were crying. Mind you I live 5 minutes away in castle ridge. I am deeply disappointed in this locations service because I’ve ordered delivery many times around dinner time and I’ve only had good things to say about the other drivers. I will no longer be ordering from here as long as this driver will be delivering it.

Served by shehnaaz, she took our order nicely and answered all our questions patiently, 5-Star to her service, pizza was hot and fresh, drink was icy cold. We really enjoyed our lunch here.
