I love pizza hut but this place always ruins my mood every single time, I order from here it always takes like a hour to get here and I live 5 minutes away I don't recommend this place

A plethora of issues. First we tried to order online but wanted to pay with a gift card and the option didn’t pop up. So we called the store to ensure we could pay with the gift card in store and were assured we could. When my husband arrived they tried to upsell him at the counter, doubled the cost of the two large pizzas we were trying to buy (from the online quote) and then informed him that the gift cards could not be processed so my husband left empty handed. We then went to the Pizza Hut down by Save-On off 52nd and had a LOVELY experience where they helped us get the online deal but picked up in store and the gift cards were no problem at all to process.

Absolutely the worst delivery driver ever he tryed he hand me the machine to pay with a 50.00 tip already pushed in this location is trash as they don’t answer the phone to deal with customers Once the doors are open I will be going into the branch and talking to the manager The delivery driver was so rude he threw my food into my hands from half way down my step I have full video of him at my door step and will gladly provide it to ensure that loser never delivers anyone food again

Ordered from here online at 6:00 pm. Delivery was supposed to be between 6:24 and 6:34. I was watching the order tracker and all of a sudden it says it’s been delivered…… however we didn’t get a delivery. Called the store and spoke to someone who contacted the driver to let me know it would be here in another 5-6 min. Over 20 minutes later the order shows up and everything is ice cold. Will not order from here again, especially after spending over $60.
This locations scores slightly better than Trans Canada Mall location which sucks big time!

We ordered a Veg Lovers pizza and staff should have been mentioned about extra dipping sauces to us at the time of ordering which we missed. When we returned to pick up our pizza, the staff were busy chatting and laughing with each other instead of prioritizing the customers. Our pizza was already ready on the shelf, but it was not handed to us promptly. This was our first visit to this location, and we were very disappointed with the service.
