We ordered a Veg Lovers pizza and staff should have been mentioned about extra dipping sauces to us at the time of ordering which we missed. When we returned to pick up our pizza, the staff were busy chatting and laughing with each other instead of prioritizing the customers. Our pizza was already ready on the shelf, but it was not handed to us promptly. This was our first visit to this location, and we were very disappointed with the service.

Order online two pizza, Breadsticks, wings and a 2L of Pepsi. When the food got delivered, I didn't receive my drink so I tried to call the store about it but nobody picked up my call for 30 minutes.

This place is a bit of a joke. I went in store to order the big new Yorker pizza with pepperoni and the hot honey dip. There are posters on the windows advertising this promotion deal. When I tried to order the guy at the till immediately tried to upsell me a more expensive promo deal. When I said I only wanted the individual pizza he said I had to order online and he couldn’t put my order through at the till. He told me to go on my phone and order so that’s what I ended up doing. The pizza barely had any toppings on it as well. I’ve been to this Pizza Hut before and ordered in store without any issues and the pizza was decent. Certainly a big fail. Date was July 01 2025:around 15:30
