Honestly, I’ve always loved Pizza Hut. Their stuffed crust is my absolute favorite—it’s just so good! Every time I order, the pizza comes hot and loaded with toppings, and they’ve got some awesome deals that make it pretty affordable. Sometimes delivery can be a hit or miss depending on the location, but overall, it’s my go-to when I’m craving a cheesy, satisfying pizza night.

Ordered $175 worth of wings and pizza on the weekend, wings were crushed with buffalo and honey garlic sauce everywhere, then the one large canadian pizza was completely crushed, the toppings were squished into the box so much so we tried scraping it off as a joke but actually came with difficulty. I spoke with the manager today, I said listen the salt and pepper wings and other pizza's were fine, so I'm not looking for a full refund but certainly a partial, I was hosting a birthday party and this was unacceptable, the manger said they are unable to do that and offered me a $50 dollar credit, I told him the wings and pizza that were mangled were just over $70, but I still insisted on the refund of $70 as i havent ordered from pizza hut in iver a decade, then the one time I did it wasnt great experience. The manager argued back that he can only put a credit on my online account, so after some back and forth I said fine. Check the account now about 6 hours later and he didn't even credit my account. This specific location is a scam, they mangle the food either in store or on route, take no accountability, offer no solution, then offer fake credits to try and get you off the phone (even though they called me). Super unprofessional.
