I would like to expressed my satisfaction on this Pizza Hut branch. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken as per staff recommendation which I really love. Pizza was nicely done. And kudos to the staff who assisted me, Meghna, she was very welcoming and I love the energy she’s giving off. Would definitely order again on this store.

I ordered two pizzas on Saturday, July 26 — one Hawaiian and one pepperoni. Both looked great on arrival. However, when I took a bite of the Hawaiian, I realised the dough was raw in the center and edges. Completely undercooked.
I’m not a legal expert, but serving raw dough is a serious food safety concern. I’m not trying to cause trouble, but this could have easily been avoided with just a bit more time in the oven. Please, no rush — I’d rather wait an extra 10 minutes than be served raw pizza.
If this happens again, I won’t be able to keep ordering. I hope this was just a one-off mistake.

I am only giving it one star because the boneless bites were great. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. I order duo pepperoni and hawaiian. The crust was so thin and like cardboard, no sauce and no cheese. This is horrible, do not waste your money.
