The pizza tasted great, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite my attempts to place a phone order, no one answered. When I went to the store in person, I observed the manager cancelling calls, citing busyness, although only a few orders were visible on the screen. It's concerning for the business when the staff neglect to answer phone calls.
