Very disappointing experience. After eating pizza from this location, everyone who consumed it had stomach upset and diarrhea shortly afterward. When I reported this, the store delayed responding and ultimately showed no concern or willingness to help. A week later they asked for a hospital report, when the symptoms had gone already. Overall, the lack of accountability and concern for customer safety was upsetting. I don’t feel confident about their food safety practices and will not be purchasing from Pizza Hut again.

TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service waited 45 mins for a pizza I never got. My pizza wasn't even in the oven no one bothered to even tell me I was waiting for nothing. I cancelled my order , asked for a return and apparently ... They can't do that on their machine which makes zero sense to me. Ended up leaving with nothing . I will never go back and never recommend this place their customer service is honestly terrible.not impressed at all .

Been there to get the pizza today, it was quite busy no doubt, but being busy and leaving the frustration on their customers doesn’t make any sense. Been there to pick the order through skip the dishes, there was a lady on the counter who was quite unhelpful when i just asked her “how long it will take to get the order ready” she said she do not have any order at the moment (frustrated tone). She said if it is not here, you can cancel the order. Upon telling her that i am not able to cancel the order, she replied in angry tone, “i can’t do anything with that” . We “skip the dishes employees” are also working, if it is busy, it doesn’t mean you can spit out his/her frustration on anyone you like! If you can not hold your frustration in customer service, it is better not to serve in it.
Waited for 1.5 hours for the order, ordered using skipthedishes and confirmed with driver, the staff simply said after waiting for more than an hour that there is no order. That is simply bullshit. The service attendant has no clue. They should not accept orders if they can’t execute, rather than wasting customer’s time and energy.
