I ordered a super supreme pizza with extra cheese. Paid for the extra cheese, definitely did not get any extra cheese. Not the first time it's happened. Will be going to a different location from now on.

I literally logged into google just to post how aweful the manager is at the bannister location. I placed an order at 4pm for pick up and I paid for my order but they “lost” it and when I spoke w the manager I said I would pay AGAIN even if they just watch for it to put it at the front of the line since I paid an hour and half ago already. But she said no because she doesn’t value a loyal customer when they are busy and is literally chasing customers away and cursing at people because they have “lost” multiple orders, and is blaming the customers for making them busy instead of honouring the sale and trying to accommodate for their shortfalls. They literally still have my money right now but we have no pizza
