I came in to pizza hut after working a 14-hour day . I ordered a large stuffed crust veggie pizza with no mushrooms for my daughter as she loves pizza hut. I went in ordered it and said I would be back in 20 mins so came back in 25 mins and my name wasn't up on the computer so I asked the guy who took my order he said they always do not go up there,a complete lie as he said if you pay. It took another 10 mins and still wasn't up there, so he walked away. Now I am starting to get pissed off I ask this lady that was doing nothing So I said you lost the order or what she has the nerve to say I will be right with you mam now your not only lying to me you thought I would leave and you can pocket the money. So I ask again as she is going through the receipts to find the order this is another 10 to 15 mins I said so you lost the order,it is now obvious and instead of saying I will get on it and fix it right away NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL she says I will be right with you mame. Now, I'm even more pissed off. I said just give me my money back. This guy brings this pizza out and says large veggie no mushrooms, so I took it and left. I got home and gave it to my daughter, and it was ice cold, and there were mushrooms on it .I looked at the receipt, and they pocketed 8 dollars, and someone else's order it was omg to bad pizza hut used to be the best, not this one at all.

Order 2 pizzas. One with doublePepperoni. There definitely wasn’t double pepperoni. Hardly any toppings and pizza was dry and burnt. Very disappointing!
