Ordered my weekly order of wings. Get them every single Wednesday. Always medium sauce. When I ate the first one, I instantly knew it was the burning hot sauce. You know, its flavorless and is only heat. Medium has immaculate flavor. Again, I order Medium wings every single week and have for years, so I would know how it tastes. I called to let them know and whoever answered was extremely rude and condescending, telling me I'm wrong, that I wouldn't know, that they're professional and dont make mistakes, and that he did it himself, so he would know he didn't screw up. He talked to his manager, who agreed with him, and they put a $10 credit on my phone number for their store, and only their store. (I order 3 orders, so I pay $21)
Good thing Pizza Hut is a US company, so I can go with a Canadian alternative from now on.

As soon my coworker and I started ordering the guy taking orders was extremely disrespectful and rude and was keep starting arguments and fights and after awhile still didn’t get my order right what so ever

I usually don't give 1 star to pizza stores, but they were missing a lot of toppings. It’s just not worth spending my money there.

I accidentally put in the incorrect address ordering online. I called right away to correct it. Took around 10 minutes to actually get someone on the phone. Then the person asks my address and hangs up before I can say anything else. Calls back 5 minutes later saying my address is out of their delivery zone and they are cancelling my order. I could’ve told them that if they didn’t immediately hang up on me the first time.

Walked into the store yesterday to place an order, we were trying to order the triple treat box that comes with wings and a dessert, the worker came to the front and when he asked what we’d like we told him and before we even completed our sentence he says that we don’t have that, I asked him what was missing from the treat box that they don’t have and he replied with the chicken wings and the dessert, I could see him working in the kitchen and saw him preparing wings and the cookie and brownie that he said they don’t have. Not sure why he’d say they don’t have the food there when I could physically see him preparing it for other orders beforehand. I just left and went to another restaurant. The worker did not even come to the front for a while as we were standing there waiting for quite some time to place the order and no one else was inside but us. Will not be coming to this location again.

Ordered pizza online for pick up. Was super disappointed when we got home to eat it. The ham and pineapple had 4 pieces of ham piled into 1 slice, with barely any cheese. The vegetarian pizza only had mushrooms and onions little cheese. Cheese pizza and meat lovers pizza were burnt. Just horrible.
