Pizza is great, taste is great as always, timing is great. But today this lady seems so unhappy, doesn’t really care about customers and talking behind the counter 2,3 people at the same time. While I was waiting to pay and carry out my order she is look so pissed and angry, throw pen at the counter. If she is that much hate to serve why does she have to be there. Other girls and a manager are really hard working great people really. But today I feel sorry for her 🙏🏼

At 430PM they are telling me its an hour wait, no resolution and no management on to speak with.

I ordered the triple medium pizza deal through the Pizza Hut mobile app (Oct 25, 2025). I called and spoke to Amarjit and asked if they can have all in smaller slices of 12 instead of the regular 8. They were able to accommodate. I had it for a later pick up time and they were ready when we got there. All the pizzas (Chicken Caesar, Meat Lover, & Supreme Lover), tasted good and everyone (20 people) enjoyed them especially the Chicken Caesar. I’m satisfied with my experience with the staff service, timeliness, and the quality of the pizzas.

I have NEVER experienced worse customer service in my life. They delivered the pizza to the wrong address, and we called, they told us that they were « not at fault » but that they would send out another order.. An hour later still no order had arrived so we called again, spoke to the manager who blatantly lied to us, called us liars, and refused to make the situation right. If you want to be treated well and respected, or you know maybe just be spoken to by someone who knows basic human decency and have them make a situation right, just order from Papa Johns.
