I order gluten free pizza via uber eats and they sent me regular one. Instead of calling and clarifying. He just assumed i would be okay with regular pizza. I am allergic to gluten and can't eat regular pizza. When i called him and he said, we were out of it. Oh well. maybe updated your menu with uber eats or something OR check with customer. DONT assume

Ordered food through uber eats. Our driver informed us that the owner, who was preparing our food, dropped a food item from our order and picked it up off the floor and put it back into the box. I was appalled to hear of this as we have ordered from here quite regularly. I have often heard it said this place is “dirty”; however, I have always given it the benefit of the doubt as I have been ordering from here regularly over the years. That being said, I am quite disappointed that this has occurred as any illness that could have affected either my partner, our child, or myself could be avoided with basic food handling procedures and the fact that none of this was adhered to in the first place has drastically changed my view on this establishment.
I will not be ordering from here in the future.

Ordered pizza from the website, price and description all wrong. Called me to tell me the pizza was actually more, said sure that’s fine. When the pizza arrived took one bite and threw it in the garbage it was awful.
This has been a favourite of ours since it opened years ago. The pizza is always quite good and flavourful. I haven’t picked up in some time and was really disappointed, it is so run down and absolutely filthy inside. I’m not sure the last time it’s been cleaned in the front area which makes you nervous about the food prep area. There is a layer of grime and dirt on almost everything from the registers to the walls to the counters and floors. Until they invest in a good deep clean and repairs we won’t be ordering from here again.
