Absolutely awful! I’m livid the website says they close at a specific time so when I got rock hard food and tried to call but when I went to the site for the number seen that they are closed so I decided I would call in the morning but they open at 3 so now that I have called the owner says nope that didn’t happen because I made it okay buddy first of all I never got my pizza until almost an hour and a half after I ordered it the pizza was warm but not fresh the wings and toast where the same then I ask for my change back cause yeah it took a while for them to get to the house I was gunna give her a small tip for her time but then she claims she dosnt have change so the driver walked away with a 15$ tip not deserved at all cause I know delivery drivers carry a float as I used to make pizza and deliver pizza the owner was extremely dismissive and says he was at the shop until 3am and that I should have called and I was like lolol your not open until 3AM your site says you close at 1!!!! How am I supposed to know you stayed past closing time ?! Way to give your customers justice for eating your shitty food also it was supposed to be double ham and double pineapple so idk what happened here but cheers to dry wings and hard pizza I guess payed over 65$ for this crap I should have went somewhere else

Bought an XL pizza later it came out as a large standard size I ordered 4 meat since i was allowed to go with 4 toppings only The pizza itself was full of oil then usual the toppings weren’t glued as it should for making a pizza
The person at the counter he himself is a good guy and the place has a clean atmosphere but the pizza is just average

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. The man who took our order was really nice and gave good customer experience. The food arrived relatively quickly and the delivery man was nice as well.
Our pizza was very undercooked. We checked all the pieces and we could leave a thumb print in the dough after taking the toppings off. We then proceeded to put it in the oven to try and cook it more so that we didn't have to call in and complain, but then I realized from a business perspective, I would want to know if my pizza dough was raw so I can ensure it doesn't happen to others.
The oven did not help cook the pizza, so I called in and let the man on the phone know what happened. He asked me what I wanted him to do. I was taken aback by that and asked if they could bring us replacements. He said no they can not do that, but he would upgrade a medium to a large for free for us next time we come back. He did not ask if we wanted a refund. Instead of trying to smooth the situation and retain us as customers, he went straight to the next time we come back.
We will not be back.

Fantastic pizza. The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about menu. Love that everything halal. Fresh and flavourful ingredients. And the dipping sauces are huge!!! Definitely recommend this gem 💫 Oohhhh and the baklava, which is made in house, chefs kiss. Incredible!!!
