Can't order a panzarotti online and they refuse to get it fixed

I ordered two slices for Chipotle Paneer Pizza and this is what they sent me. I called in thrice to talk to the owner or manager but nobody was available. Please don’t send such kind of 2 days old slices to your customers.
Anureet was on shift and she wasn’t even sorry about her mistake and on top that she was lying that the trainee packed my order. When if your trainee is packing the orders isn’t it your duty to check what is being packed? Keeping two days old slices ready to go also doesn’t makes any sense.
Owner needs to see what is happening to his/her restaurant.

One’s of the best pizza places in the NE. The owners are very attentive and friendly. The place is always clean and has a nice atmosphere. I like to buy our pizzas from such places like Pizzorama. Thumbs up!!

The pizza and garlic sauce is really good and affordable. Definitely worth picking up if you are in the area. Atmosphere isn't much as it's more so a place to order and pickup.

Just amazing, the food was excellent. Most impressive was how clean it was and the great customer service!!
I usually buy pizza from the pizzorama. Always liked the crust and overall toppings. They made pizza the way we want. But this time I am very disappointed. I ordered large veg and small tandoori chicken. I specifically told them medium hot for small. They make it extra spicy. It's not properly cooked too. Come on guys we pay you. Please make it the way we asked for. It would be appreciated. Thanks
