Drove by the McLeod location to got to Heritage Dr. Never again. Service is impossibly slow. Made an advance mobile order and after giving the order number at the speaker was left hanging for several minutes while "it was beng checked on". At the window there was no greeting, no thank you, no sorry for ghe wait & no sign of appreciation for my business.

The staff were not only attentive and personable, but were accommodating and helpful, adjusting the heating for our comfort as well as recommending dishes based on our preferences. The food was delicious, remarkably fresh tasting for fast food. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming. I cannot overstate the quality of the food enough, it was spicy without being unbearable, hot and fresh without being scalding, and filling without being heavy. Cannot recommend this location enough.

The food was delicious and piping hot but I’m not writing this for me, I’m writing this to thank the staff, especially the gentleman at the till tonight. Thank you for being so kind, gentle, understanding and extremely helpful to the cute elderly couple ordering chicken. We watched and listened as you gently walked her through the menu and helped her pick the special that worked for them. The lady then delivered their meal to the table and got them all set up. Thank you for your kindness and not taking advantage of their age. You all absolutely warmed our hearts.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, the food was delicious and full of flavor, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Pratik, who went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations truly made the meal unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
