This is a very small location, however the food is still excellent and I enjoyed the stop for a meal here. The music was not too loud and the food was fresh and top notch.

I recently visited Popeyes and ordered a chicken meal, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. One of the chicken pieces I received was appalling—it had an unappetizing, stringy texture that resembled leftover scraps stuck to the box. It looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned or prepared, which completely ruined my appetite. This is not what I expect from a restaurant known for its fried chicken.

Additionally, the mamager was not friendly, and the overall presentation was poor, and it felt like no care went into ensuring the food was up to standard. I would have appreciated a much better quality check before serving customers. Sadly, this experience has made me rethink coming back. I hope the management takes these quality issues seriously.

Wating time for one berger more than 25 minutes

TERRIBLE FOOD QUALITY!!!! What is this?? Is this even a chicken???? Look at the size?!!!! I was starving and this is what I get? If only I have a car to go back I WILL!!!!!! I want a REFUND!!! I tried sending emails to your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The people were very nice that took my order this evening however I waited over 10 minute for the ghost pepper wings. I have ordered from a few different locations and these wings are very small compared to the other locations. Not very impressed. Will probably go to a different location going forward.

The manager on duty was rude when I very politely asked why is my food literally cold, Instead of changing, he literally said, "It will be the same even if I change it."
Never visiting this location again. Pathetic customer service and they serve old food! I have been to other locations and this is not how Popeyes is! A&W is a minute walk away with great food, customer service and very fair prices!

If that is what $11 burger looks like, then I don’t know guys… When I asked why is it cold, cook guy looked annoyed and said that he can make a new one but it will be same. Unfortunately A&W nearby was closed for renovation so had to go here. Will never visit again. Good luck in business!
