Popular Pizza (Cityscape)

I ordered pizza last night. It was my second time with really bad experience. Pizza was totally burnt and i asked for dipping sauce as i paid for that didn’t get it. Last time when i ordered they missed my 2 litre drink on skip the dishes. Please close your store if you can’t provide good service. As popular pizza is really famous in toronto but in here they are just defaming the name of franchise. I just wanna suggest that don’t waste your money on this location.

Great service at this popular pizza. Pizza was really delicious and with perfect taste. Even the customer service was so friendly. Employee name jasleen as other employees calling her gave me the best service and was attentive and fast. Thanks for the great food and great service. Must visit. Best pizza ever had.

I ordered pizza and went to store the lady on the counter said that waiting time is 40 minutes with rudeness and you have to wait . It is ok and I wait but then when I went for pickup she said we dont have dipping sauce that I wanted. She can tell me before that we dont have so I had not waste my time.

Very bad experience. I have been waiting for more than an hour and i am still waiting for pizza when i called them they said they can not do anything and they were just saying we don’t know we can’t do anything. I did not like their responses their staff doesn’t know how to respect their customers.

Pizza was nice but other factors was pathetic.

The lovely lady at the front was very friendly and efficient.
We ordered 2 small pizzas and cheese garlic bread. The taste was exact same as their Ontario locations.
This will be our go to place from now on.

I order three extra large pizza and I said, I need spicy pizza. But when we bring pizza taste is not good and not spicy, when I call to return then they refuse to accept.
It’s not good service, don’t waste your money this papular pizza.
