Absolutely loved my visit to prairie dog brewing. Staff were super nice, the beer was excellent and the food was good too! Looks like it could be a pretty great place for live music. Looking forward to coming back when I’m in town again!

I used to have a 5 star review here, 5 years ago I made it. Last time I went there just to fill a couple growlers it was busy, I was told it might take a bit, it was busy so I was okay with that. Server pretended to be super busy though and after waiting 30 minutes while she stared at ipads for at least half of that while desperately pretending she couldn't see me watching her. I left without getting anything and with the loud encouragement from another patron who thought my patience was ridiculous. I have not been back and I wont be. No tipping definitely has a down side.

Just a bunch of dry reheated meat. Got the personal sampler, pulled pork stringy and salty brisket was dry and hard to chew and the rest just dry dry dry will not be coming back.

We had Texas brisket in Dallas back in July. It was good. But Prairie Dog does it better! Tastier, better selection of sides, bit more food. Highly recommend. Only criticism was ordering an extra side of corn bread. $6.00!! Too much. Despite that, we’ll be back. Great job PD!
