Fantastic Selection of proteins and veggies. We tried the lamb& chicken, maple donair, east coast, and Greek donair. Everyone agreed that theirs was the best. We will definitely be going again soon

First thing the place is neat and staff do warm welcome, donairs are good and it is big enough for one person and also so full with meat and veggies. Good prices under$20

Poor value. And who wraps a donair in tin foil.. what were you thinking?.....did I just find a geen bell pepper in my donair.. wth is going on here.

Another horribly run Indian franchise in Calgary that only hires minimum wage slaves. I came to order a chicken donair, the meat was not seasoned and had no flavor. It was tough and not even fresh. The grill didn't even warm the pita but it made it stick to the paper because they wrap it in aluminum foil. The tables didn't even have napkin dispensers. Besides the food, the bathroom was a mess. The sink is so small there's basically no room to wash your hands without your hands touching the back of the sink. The soap dispenser was empty the only good thing was they had toilet paper. Stay away from this place at all cost and go to any Jerusalem shawarma if you want to try authentic middle eastern food.

Tasted like they put poo on a pita then rolled in on the floor after putting decomposing veggies and sauce that tasted like it was from a poo factory

I was really looking forward to trying Prairie Donair, but my experience was quite disappointing. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. After waiting for about five minutes, I asked if I could place an order. Instead of taking my order, the staff member simply walked away and told me to wait for another five minutes. There were only 2 other people I the establishment. This seemed very unusual and left me feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like they were very interested in serving their customers, which was a real letdown.

I come to Prairie Donair every weekend because their food is amazing. The donairs are packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the service is always with a smile. Love this place!
