Today, I was treated to an outstanding Osso Buco. The meat was tender the potatoes were perfect and the pan seared vegges were cooked to perfection. Not only that, the presentation was a work of art. I love Italian cuisine and the chef is delightful and approachable. I give that experience 15 out of 10.
Very friendly chef, who wouldn't want to patronize a down-to-earth, personable business owner? He bumped into my husband and inquired about his meal preference. My husband asked for a recommendation, and the chef suggested the veal meal. My husband encouraged me to try it, and it was exceptionally flavorful. I had ordered a specialty burger next door but lost my appetite after sampling my husband's meal. It's authentic Italian cuisine, cooked fresh upon ordering....
We’ve enjoyed the food Pranzo Italiano serves every time our family has dined there. The lamb shanks are to die for. The owners have a favorite dish for everyone in the family.😎
