I placed 2 separate delivery orders for Mother’s Day a few weeks in advance. 1/2 orders was delivered and received with no issues, however there was an abnormal mishap with the other delivery that was no one in particular’s fault. It was slightly disappointing for my in-law to not receive her Mother’s Day treat on the day of, however the Pretty Sweet YYC team was very responsive and cooperative in carrying out a resolution at an alternative date ASAP. I really appreciated their prompt customer service! Most importantly of all, both parties I gifted the treats to told me that it was delicious :)

My first experience with this bakery but definitely will not be the last!! I am sooo impressed with this place - I ordered my gender reveal cake (the abstract one they advertise) and literally 20/10. From the process (I went in and handed them the envelope stating the gender of the baby) from picking up the cake - it was all a smooth process. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and gorgeous. I’ve never tasted butter cream like the one on it before, it was thick and rich. The cake design was beautiful, and when you cut into it there was a beautiful muted pink. So impressed. I ordered my bridesmaids sugar cookies from here and cannot wait to pick them up! They also have the cutest store. Thank you for your hard work!!

WOW. I finally got to stop in here after wanting to for the last 3 years. What an adorable little shop. There's everything for your Delights. Something sweet. Something crafty. Something homemade. Soooooo cute!!!! I ended up only buying three treats but I'm definitely coming back. The cookies are so good. They're fresh and super sweet, which I enjoy. The birthday cake sugar cookie OMGAAAD!!! The container called odds and ends, looks so delightful as well. And only for $7.50!!! They also make Cake Donuts. I tried the maple waffle one and it was definitely sweet. Unfortunately, it was too sweet for me, and I am a sugar addict haha. Service was kind. The takeout boxes are TOP NOTCH!!! 👌 100% coming back. PS....You could definitely purchase items in here for your besties birthday or a little girl's Tea Party. I recommend!!!

My wife and I ordered a cake (along with some GF/DF cupcakes) for our daughter's birthday, and we were absolutely blown away! The cake was incredibly well done, truly a work of art. I've never seen anything like it!
The look on my daughter's face when she saw her unicorn cake was priceless, it was pure joy and undoubtedly the highlight of her birthday. The attention to detail was amazing, and the taste did not disappoint either. The GF/DF cupcakes were equally delicious, which meant everyone could enjoy the treats.
