This place is honestly insanely good. I haven't had the soups yet, but every sandwich was amazing. And all of their baked goods especially the eggnog cake are to die for. Big big fan of the food here. Only downside is how busy it is inside!

Love this place!! The bacon grilled cheese and the African peanut soup are our favourites. The carrot cake and treats are all delicious. Great place to grab lunch or frozen soups that are so convenient to warm up at home.

Found this one searching the map for a coffee shop, my friends and I spent money taking an Uber there and then did didn’t stay and went somewhere else instead it’s just too loud in there. Either turn off or turn down the music. We were looking for a coffee shop, not a nightclub.

My mom went to dinner with her friend here tonight, and brought me a frozen Ukrainian Borscht. It was incredible, true to its roots and nourishing. I already wish she had bought more!

Primal Grounds is in my neighborhood, and I want to love this place but each time I’ve been in, I’m underwhelmed with the food. Today, I wanted something sweet, so I thought I’d give the place another try. I bought a Berry & White Chocolate scone and for $4.20 you would expect a good scone. On the outside it looked really good, there was a piece of chocolate and some berries, but inside the scone there literally wasn’t even one berry or one piece of chocolate… it was just a plain scone and not even that good of one. It actually looks like they just make the scones plain and then placed a few berries, a piece of chocolate and sprinkled sugar on the outside. The prices are quite high at Primal Grounds but I don’t mind spending a little more but I want the food to be good as well and I’ve yet to experience that there.

Primal grounds was suggested to me over a year ago and I finally went😅
It definitely did not disappoint $26. For their soup with half a sandwich special, lg latte and ginger whoopie pie. The latte was delicious no sugar needed, the soup and sandwich was delicious, fresh and definitely a good size portion..I would have added a little more flavour for the veg/cheese sandwich but that’s my preference, the ginger whoopie pie was super delicious however way to sweet so took an extra day and a couple coffees to finish 😅 the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again👌
