Margaret the owner and Rhonda the manager at this location are simply out of this world! We were so happy to see they have a stall in this location as the food here is outstanding! Fresh, wholesome and genuinely delicious real food and then there's the service....warm and friendly and you can tell they are passionate about their food as well as their customers. 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough, a genuine jewel in the crown. We have yet to try anything we haven't liked so far!

I picked up to frozen containers of soup at the food hall this week to take back to Edmonton - oh my god the best soup I’ve ever had. I wish I could get this in Edmonton - please stock it here!

Ok. I must sing praises about this place. I had the green curry coconut soup for lunch and I do not regret it one bit. I was afraid it would be spicy but it most definitely was not. I was going to get the soup and sandwich combo but then decided to just get the soup and home made bread and let me tell you how it changed my life. THE BREAD. Man. This bread is MAGICAL. Even though the sandwiches are the same bread, eating it on its own really lets the flavour shine. Margaret (who makes the bread) was so kind and such a lovely human. She sells her bread at the Richmond Road location. BUY.THE.BREAD. The other women who served me were just so wonderful, and let me try a sample of the soup first. At a food hall like this, it’s easy to just sweep past with so many other options, but do not make that mistake. Hands down the best soup and bread I’ve ever had. Thanks ladies for the lovely lunch experience😍.

The Southern Style Mulligatawny is to die for! I can't get enough!
I also bought the Chunky Tuscan Tomato and the Cream of Tomato Basil - so looking forward to enjoying them. So nice to have healthy, tasty soup waiting for me after a day of being out and about. Thanks Primal Soup Co.!

Very friendly booth! Soups are yummy. Got a sandwich and at first was disappointed to only get a half sandwich for $7 but let me tell you it was tasty! And the homemade bread is very fluffy. If you’re hungry though get two halves.
Drove across town not feeling well in hopes to get some good soup… be aware of your Google business hours… a sign on your table doesn’t let people know who are driving far just for your food. Never tried it but honestly I give every place 1 shot.
I like what this company is about and has vegan and gluten free soups. However, I've tried two soups at this company, the Tuscan tomato and Morrocan Lentil both were inedible for us after 5 spoonfuls. There is a large amount of pepper put in the soup to where it ruins it. If the pepper was alot less it would be 5 stars immediately. Salt is perfect, but pepper is far too hot to enjoy and taste any other vegetables. Pepper shouldn't be the main taste of any soup, just to gently enhance the flavours.
As a professional side note, it would be nice if the employees would know what was in the soup ingredients-wise rather than to be told to look on the back of a soup carton in the freezer, and figure it out for ourselves.

I have loved every soup I’ve ever bought from here. Some of the soups are very unique. The samples are nice because I’ve tried and then bought soups that I never would have even considered.

My boyfriend's cousin used to work here a few years ago and he bought some the other day for nostalgia. We got the Thai Coconut Chicken and it was delicious. We bought a couple more the other day and need more! Safe to say we're addicted!! ??

Delicious soup and had a great size for my daughter. The bread is a perfect side, so delicious! Would be great to have a place to check online for what their daily soup is.

Just when I thought customer service was dead, I come across two of the nicest ladies at the primal soup booth at the farm local market on lake fraser dr. It was my first time at the market and was blown away with the options I highly recommend checking it out. That being said I had already eaten when I discovered primal soup booth. However the ladies engaged me in conversation and as I was leaving made sure I had a container of one of their frozen soups ( my choice) to take home free of charge. I WILL BE BACK!
