If you want to spend 15$ for a very little food and very poor quality then this is the place for you. Even emailed back office about this but that was a waste of time. Legit a snack not a meal!

I wish I could give 0 rating to this place, service, cleanliness and food. I went to this place on an evening with no customers. I think it was the owner (tall guy with a beard)that served me. To begin with, he saw me and ignored me for 2 minutes. I should have left at this point. I ordered a chicken shawarma to stay. I dont think the guy liked when I said its to stay. There was zero cleanliness while preparing the food. No mask, no hairnet, no beard cover and not washed hands. These are some basic things for a restaurant that needs to be followed. Then comes the food. The chicken was very dry and its not worth the money at all. There are so many places that serve you better food and give good service to customers. The guy tells his customers how to eat the food so the sauce doesn't fall in his trays because he is lazy to clean his trays after the customer leaves. Again try to avoid this place as much as you can. If this is a franchise, head office should take a strict action on this place and owner.

Me and my coworker came in today and Ordered a regular donair, they made the sandwich without asking what kind of veggies or sauces I wanted. Wild considering people like different things in their sandwich’s. It wasn’t even closed looked more like a taco.Wasn’t toasted at all. Sauce looked like water, didn’t even taste good. Regular wrap is so tiny. Expensive for what you get.
First and last time trying this place.

The service? Decently fast. 3/5. The atmosphere? Average small donair shop. 3/5. The food? Actual dictionary definition of garbage. -1/5. The donair meat is in tiny cubes the look more like canned dog food rather than beef, and tastes like genuine emptiness. Zero flavour whatsoever. The sweet sauce tastes like though they just took ranch, watered it down, and dumped in a kilo of sugar. As for their burgers, even the Circle K microwave burgers look more appetizing, and taste better. The veggies were fresh, sure, but everything else in the burger also tasted like absolute emptiness. The only decent part of the food were the fries, and even they were cold. Never making the mistake of coming here ever again. Overall, 0/5.

Got a regular sized poutine…
There was approximately 25 fries and 4 cups of gravy. Also got bones in my chicken.
Not impressed…spent a whopping $26 on this. Will not be coming back

Food is absolutely amazing, definitely recommend their sweet n spicy poutine. Their customer service is top notch, made sure I had everything I needed. And it’s so clean and well kept.

Literal dog food.

I spent $38 for a mixed donair, and chicken shawarma wrap, and feel like I threw that money away. The chicken is flavourless and the beef donair is spongy and tastes how dog food smells. The fresh veggies were crunchy and flavourful, but unfortunately they were the only good part of the wrap.

I would recommend spending your money elsewhere if you are looking to get Shawarma/Donair.
