We ordered in a BBQ chicken donair and a BBQ beef donair. Too much BBQ sauce and the chicken had a very strong spice, both which completely over powered the taste. The beef donair was disappointing as the meat was all chopped up.

Went in to grab a generic donair from a place I hadn’t tried before. Saw they had donair smash burgers on for half price and tried a donair smash. I now have a new donair place. The burger was the best. I got so excited I had the rest of the family take a bite. It was so good and different but exactly what I wanted. This place is special.

the food itself is exceptional, their Quebec classic poutine is good, and their Donaire is top notch

However: if you are on any sort of schedule, it is somewhat important to note that they take much longer than you would expect to prepare your order, block out a significant quantity of additional time.

Absolutely pathetic. Been a frequent one on this branch bit today ive been totally disappointed. There poutines were a disaster. Bland and no sauces or dressing as it usually is.

The moment you step into Prime Time Donair & Poutine, there is a distinct sense that you have entered a space where warmth and energy move in perfect harmony. The restaurant itself gleams with care; the polished tables glint softly under the lights, the floor feels immaculately maintained, and every surface speaks of precision and pride. The counters are spotless, lined with fresh ingredients ready for the next order, and behind them. Each interaction feels sincere; you are greeted not as a random guest, but as someone genuinely welcomed. There is an underlying hum to the experience, something that goes beyond the visual or audible, something rooted in hospitality as much as efficiency. This is the kind of place where you feel both relaxed and energized where the cleanliness, brightness, and human warmth converge to set the stage for what really matters: the food.

And then the scent begins its slow, magnetic pull. You catch it almost instantly. The unmistakable aroma of sizzling fries. It is a smell that does not just announce food; it sparks appetit and memory. The first bite delivers immediate satisfaction: a crunch, a melt, a balanced of salt and seasonings that leaves you simultaneously full and craving one more forkful. It is more than hunger it awakens. Nothing feels rushed, yet everything arrives with clockwork precision. There is something deeply personal in how the food is presented, how the staff ensure each order looks perfect before it leaves the counter. It is that attention to detail. The cleanliness, the rtythm, the authenticity that transforms a meal into an experience. Prime Time Donair & Poutine does not feed you; it embraces you. Reminds you that food can comfort and excite all at once, and leave you wondering how something so simple could taste so complete.

If you want to spend 15$ for a very little food and very poor quality then this is the place for you. Even emailed back office about this but that was a waste of time. Legit a snack not a meal!

I wish I could give 0 rating to this place, service, cleanliness and food. I went to this place on an evening with no customers. I think it was the owner (tall guy with a beard)that served me. To begin with, he saw me and ignored me for 2 minutes. I should have left at this point. I ordered a chicken shawarma to stay. I dont think the guy liked when I said its to stay. There was zero cleanliness while preparing the food. No mask, no hairnet, no beard cover and not washed hands. These are some basic things for a restaurant that needs to be followed. Then comes the food. The chicken was very dry and its not worth the money at all. There are so many places that serve you better food and give good service to customers. The guy tells his customers how to eat the food so the sauce doesn't fall in his trays because he is lazy to clean his trays after the customer leaves. Again try to avoid this place as much as you can. If this is a franchise, head office should take a strict action on this place and owner.

Me and my coworker came in today and Ordered a regular donair, they made the sandwich without asking what kind of veggies or sauces I wanted. Wild considering people like different things in their sandwich’s. It wasn’t even closed looked more like a taco.Wasn’t toasted at all. Sauce looked like water, didn’t even taste good. Regular wrap is so tiny. Expensive for what you get.
First and last time trying this place.
