PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

Ok the service was fine but the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken shwarma. They have no spit that they cut the meat off fresh like a real shwarma shop. The meat was pulled out of a bin and heated in a frying pant, it was precooked so it ended as overcooked. Oil was used to re-cook so it was oily, and it was above all tasteless. I ordered it with garlic sauce and that lacked garlic flavour. You could not convince me to go back again. Truthfully the service and atmosphere are not why i am going there so don't really care about those.

Went last night for dinner because my friend recommended and it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was so flavourful and cooked to perfection 👌🏼 The staff were great too, they took good care of us, made sure to check on us regularly, and were extremely kind and polite. If you haven’t been here before you definitely should give them a try, well worth it ☺️

Not pleased for the price of a regular donair they were soggy and fell apart the portion size is tiny like if they had a small option the regular would be that size both ends were open so when I took it out of the package it just fell everywhere after wrapping it back up it tasted great overall if the donair was bigger and actually wrapped it would be great and I wouldn't have a complaint but I can't justify the price for portion so I won't be ordering again

First time coming here to the Sunridge location. The staff were very professional. When I ordered The Gane Changer poutine I was beyond surprised. It was super delicious and perfectly done. Will definitely return again

Prime Time Donair never disappoints! The service is always excellent—friendly, fast, and welcoming every time I visit. The food is consistently delicious and made fresh, which keeps me coming back. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend!

Been getting the donair poutine from DoorDash but I wanted to check the place out today, this service was top tier!!! They were abit low on change and I didn’t mind that but the owner offered me a free drink when I said no cause I felt bad he offered a free dessert. But genuinely the food here is great, never had a disappointing order from here and for this being my first impression of the establishment it gets a 10/10 in my books!
