I always make sure to drop by proof when I'm in Calgary for some AMAZING cocktails. The atmosphere is spot on, and the drinks are quite reasonably priced for how fancy they are. We were also pleasantly surprised this time as they have great Monday specials with heavily discounted drinks all night long, and deals on gourmet hotdogs and bao buns!
quick, friendly, real deal bartenders, great spirit selection including awesome NA options that i really appreciated. good menu of zero proof drinks and the bartenders are more than happy to go off menu and experiment to get you something cool. good vibe in here, i can imagine its a great cozy spot in the winter to hide away from the weather. grab a seat at the bar and make a friend.
It's been named one of the top bars in North America, and it's easy to see why. All the cocktails were amazing and very well balanced 👌 the food was delicious! It's definitely a spot you have to check out if you're in Calgary!
