Everytime I order dahi bhala from here they never give fresh ones it always taste really old and soggy and I’ve even complained a bunch of times but seems to never improve

I had a disgusting experience with them the lady with patka was quite rude she just threw the napkin on table we asked for chilli she just making faces learn some customer service and join classes how to talk if I have a option to give them 0 rating then I’ll zero star on customer service

I ordered chilli chicken yesterday from that place and they gave me chicken tikka masala when I called them to inform them about it the lady on the call was like no it is not chicken tikka masala it’s chilli chicken it’s completely the wrong order lady every one knows how does both taste and very bad service in phone try to study what is customer service thanks

I am not surprised to see why they have soo bad rating here. Terrible service. Ordered samosas with chutney for pickup. When I arrived, there was no chutney. Staff argued instead of fixing their mistake and claimed it was already included. I had to prove it.

They finally gave one chutney with a rude attitude, and acted annoyed when I asked for the green chutney that normally comes with samosas. No apology, no professionalism, just arrogance.

If this is how they treat customers over a simple order, avoid this place.

The food is good in taste but need to pay more attention on take out orders. Most of the people order online to save their time. So if they pay for it, it is their duty to take it seriously and provide them quality of food.

Just buy today at 6:40 pm around from the girl standing in front, just opened them and find it big hair as you can see in the picture, this guys I believe if you take out from them they give you bad food on purpose. I really feel that there should be hygiene check

I had high expectations, but sadly the experience was below average. The food didn’t taste fresh and was extremely greasy. Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

They have significantly reduced their plate sizes as well as portion size it’s like barley one spoon in each compartment, it’s such a rip off it’s not even funny, this place is so cheap even the environment is so dirty, they charge so much for such little food, will definitely not return here. The picture with the salad was a year ago so much more food and so much more stuff now I returned 2025 and I got blackened onions and no salad and very little food.

So I ordered pander pakoda with tea. The paneer pakoda came but tea came 30 minutes afterwards. Also, there was very very thin layer of paneer in the pakoda. The Chai was white, not brown. Total bill was cad 12.60. I am never coming back again.

I request you people not to buy any food from Punjabi sweet restaurant because it is very expensive and has no taste. I know this guy from the first day. He has made his food so expensive that it is beyond the reach of a normal person. If you want to eat good food, go to original sweets,Faisal Kebab Hut, Kebab Garden, you will get a very good taste and it will be cheaper.
