I am not one to write reviews but I simply had to mention how wonderful Meg was. Such a respectful and kind young lady more than willing to help with all my shopping even though it was fairly busy. She answered all my questions with ease and was very patient. Thank you kindly.

Their chocolate is so smooth, there is a problem when it comes to sharing or putting the lid back on the box , this is definitely a treat to make you smile

My mother is emotionally attached to Purdys and was devastated when her usual location was empty for Reno’s. She called this location and they not only confirmed that they had what she was looking for but prepackaged it so that everything would be ready upon her arrival. And they matched her enthusiasm when she went in for pick up that she found the store. On her behalf I have to give the folk that worked there this evening all the kindest regards. She drives 4 hours from the middle of nowhere for her chocolate, thank you so much.

Purdy’s have the finest chocolate EVER + the employees of the purdy's store at Rideau Center are so friendly. i went there today, got me some exquisite chocolate and was immensely pleased to see that they added a asterisk sign on the lables to point out the chocolate options containing alcohol! thanks for such an amazing quality both of customer service and chocolate!!!

Placed two orders from overseas recently. Due to the postal strike one order was put on hold. The other was already delivered. Upon informing with Purdy's, I quickly got a response and the other order was forwarded to an alternative address. The tone was really friendly and customer-oriented. Within a couple of minutes I reveived an email, that the order was processing. My relatives received the second order within 2 days of contacting Purdy's. Good job!

Great chocolates. Worth the expense. Id prefer less high quality chocolate compared to more very low quality chocolate.
