I had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing selection of delicious dishes tonight. I highly recommend checking them out so you can also enjoy the many delicious dishes they offer. Some of my favourites were the following: Fried Brussel Sprouts, Surf and Turf Salad Rolls, Papaya and Mango Salad, Crispy Tofu with Pork Floss, Pot Au Pho, Shrimp Tempura, and Seafood Fried Rice.

We had a full spread party here and the food and service are exceptionally good. Love the papaya salad, fried rice and pho. It’s a fusion resturant but the pho has a home made touch to it. My friends who are Vietnamese absolutely believe this is the best pho in the city- the broth feels home made with quality ingredients restaurants aren’t normally willing to use.
The resturant is very accommodating to our party and custom made the pho into small bowls so our guest can share. This is a great place to help you have a successful party as their event manager is very accommodating and supportive.

I was introduced to Pure Saigonese Kitchen by a friend. Even though I’m Vietnamese, this was my first time trying Vietnamese fusion cuisine. It was so delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. Foods were decorated impressively by chef Lam who i knew from youtube. The staff are friendly, warm, and very welcoming. Highly recommended guys!

A modern and not a mainstream Vietnamese food with a twist — not to be missed. We were supposed to have dinner at the nearby restaurant and we were surprised to see that the Morning Brunch Co was open. We saw the Pure sign and tried it out. We were not disappointed. The food was awesome!
If Pure could put some lighting around the Pure sign, and switch off the Morning Brunch at night, I think they will be more noticeable.

This place is also the “Morning Brunch Co” spot. I believe they share space, and Pure Saigonese Kitchen uses it only at night. Their signage is hard to spot, so look for the “Morning Brunch Co” sign. Or 2 doors to the right from PaPa John. We tried varies dishes and most of them were just meh. Highlight is the seafood fried rice and their pho. Most dishes are spicy, so it’s not very kids friendly. Their spring rolls are over powering with pepper taste. Chicken wings was probably the biggest disappointment. I hope they will continue to improve and it’s only a soft opening when I tried.

The atmosphere was charming and the vibes was good. The staff were very friendly however the food did not deliver.
The place felt like an upscale modern vietnamese restaurant but it did not live up to the expectations.
The pho felt pretty far from what you normally would associate with a quality pho. The broth was dark and cloudy and lacked the balance.
The toppings were good with the bone in rib, but that alone could not carry the entire dish especially at a elevated price tag.
The wings were seasoned well but not anything extraordinary. It was a bit pricy for the amount and was on the heavier battered side for wings.
Our order was also super late by 30 minutes which did not add to the over all experience.
The place is not bad if you want to try something different than the regular vietnamese restaurants but I do think the price is a little more on the expensive side for the quality.
Ordered their seafood garlic noodles and Thai green milk tea, both were so delicious!! The noodles were simple yet filled with umami, the shrimps were perfectly cooked and the fish eggs brought the whole dish together so well. My only complaint is that the milk tea was too expensive and mostly filled with ice. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

What a delicious find! It's a bit confusing seeing the outside of the restaurant, but it shares the same building as Diner Deluxe!
The food is sooo good, I was surprised how flavourful the garlic noodles were and the steak was the most tender beef I have ever had in Calgary, literally melt in your mouth. The chili tamarind pork ribs were fall off the bone and the accompaniment of corn cheese was spectacular. We've tried their pho and savory donut at the first street market before, but these dishes were next level! Everything from the flavour, quality, and ingenuity was top notch. Definitely coming back for more!

We tried Pure Saigonese on the weekend for a quick bite after our work as it was only place the opens for food after 9pm on Saturday. It exceeded my expectation. Food hit my spot! Seasonings used in food makes me addicted to the flavor that they offer. Service was great (many thanks to Matt to accommodate my needs). They made me a smoothies that I requested to customize. It was 100/100✨ for me, it is good place to chill out after a long day and week.
