We ordered the sesame donut sandwich which my husband said was good, and we also got most expensive pho bowl not sure what it’s called but it was $35. We wanted to try it as we saw it on the guy fieri show. The beef short rib was really good, very tender- tasted great. On the show they says they make their own noodles - I’m not sure about that when it came to my bowl, but maybe I’m wrong. The pho was a bit too sweet for my liking, it’s super oily (pretty much if some one gave me a lot of nuoc beo on the side and I poured it in). I had a hard time picking up my noodles because it was really oily ? It’s got good flavour = it’s really rich. My husband and I shared it and it was good over all. Worth a try if you like a super flavourful, sweet salty rich oily broth.Generally with pho I like a cleaner broth and not super sweet so it wasn’t my favourite, but it is good. The meat was the best part. The food was good, and glad that we tried it once, but wouldn’t come back again for a $35 bowl of pho ( I get that the beef rib is an expensive meat, that’s why it’s great to try once).

Phenomenal pho - broth was extremely tasty and rich, lots of different meats, noodles done to perfection. Expect a decent wait to get your food but it’s worth it. Will be back to try other menu items!

Lam Pham’s Pure Street Food is a contemporary take on casual Vietnamese dishes. Although the dark and plain interior isn’t the most welcoming environment, Pure Vietnamese food will blow your mind. Located at First Street Market, the highlight of the menu is the beef pho with sliced beef, brisket, beef ball, tendon and spicy sate broth. It is the best pho I’ve ever tried thanks to its savory broth. If you can’t eat pho every day, there is always the No. 4 Hu Tieu Mi Kho noodle bowl with char siu pork ground pork, and a crispy pork spring rolls. It’s a drug!

Best pho I’ve ever had. Rich in flavour and spice. The restaurant is popular and busy, so our service was a little slow. The restaurant is situated in a food court, so not the greatest ambiance. The restaurants are all upscale and great quality. There is also a bar for alcoholic drinks.

Top notch bowl of pho! I ordered the sate beef and my wife ordered the regular all beef. As good or better than anything you will find in the city. I don’t have the right words to describe how great it was. Perfect ratio of noodles, meat and broth. There was 4 or 5 different types of meat in the soup and all are as good as the next. Spice level in the sate is exactly how I like it. Almost enough to sweat. I could see it being too spicy for someone who isn’t used to this style of pho. I appreciate that I didn’t need to add any chili oil or condiments. It is priced high and a bit of a wait because it’s busy but well worth it.The spicy brisket donuts are unlike anything I’ve had before. The provided sate chili dip pairs perfect. The bun is chewy, the veg are fresh, and the flavours are deep. The pork spring rolls are small and crispy but exactly what we were hoping for. I only wish there was one more, we were fighting over the last one.I can’t wait to go back to try more.

We were first introduced to this restaurant when they were still hosting all you can eat wing night at their other downtown Calgary location. We decided to give this a spot a try in order to sample some of their other Vietnamese dishes. We were overall quite satisfied with what we ordered. The pho broth was delicious and had deep and rich flavor (due to some of the beef oil they use). We also tried their dry noodles which was very well seasoned and had a good selection of accompanying proteins. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce had the right amount of spice. Their Vietnamese donut with pork, belly and Pate was also a hit with our party. Of course we had to get the nuoc cham wings!Overall I would visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Vietnamese food! The restaurant is located within a food hall. Seating is first come for a serve. We parked on the street but apparently they have a dedicated stalls which is advertised on signage around the food hall.

It was lunchtime, so they were busy. I didn't have to wait too long to put in my order of Pot au Pho. Spicy level 5 of out 10. It took awhile for the order, but they had several orders ahead of me. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was delicious. The right of amount spice and plenty of tender flavourful beef and beef rib.I will be back to try items on the menu. It's worth the 45 minute drive.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp for access and seems to have enough room to get around inside.

If you love ramen/pho or all things Vietnamese, you have to eat here...omg, sooooo good. I'd seen a video that guy fieri did on the place and I just had to go, special trip there too....it did not disappoint....I totally love this style of food and will definitely make a point of going again very soon. It was fresh, so tasty and very filling. You have to try the donuts and the 72 hours beef...enjoy, it's a treat of a place. Yums...
