I'm all for supporting local businesses, but the owner is extremely rude and his abhorrent response to a doctor voicing their concerns over public health and safety is a testament to his ignorance. The coffee was always terrible, too. Thankfully there are plenty of better options in the area!!

I’ve been passing by this café for a while and finally got the chance to try it out—and it didn’t disappoint! The food and coffee were great, with generous portions. The espresso was well calibrated and smooth. I found the mochaccino a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, it was great!!!

Great place! Breakfast was delicious. Portions were more than enough. Coffee was very tasty! Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff was very friendly and served very quickly. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back again.

My first time here. It was a cute cafe lots of ambience. I had a Saskatoon tart, it was very tasty. Coffee was good no bitterness. As this cafe is in a very busy area, it was difficult to find parking. I probably would not go back because of that.

I really try to give this place so many chances, the concept is great but it often is so disappointing and the amount of feedback I’ve heard from others on the customer service and rudeness of the owner have come up on more than one occasion. Today I order the bagel and lox, I’ve had it before and today I could tell it wasn’t fresh and I wasn’t given the bagel I ordered, I ordered poppy seed I got sesame, a side of scrambled eggs the eggs were underdone and unseasoned and a large coffee. They do not come to check on you so it’s a bit of a self serve, the coffee was handed to me with spillage from requesting room, even though I had asked for that at the till. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and not educated on the menu. The chairs were wet outside which I asked for a cloth and they came and fixed it which was great. However I witnessed other customers having to deal with it on their own. I will say the staff was trying and friendly however I believe there’s a lot of logistical issues and kinks to work out and I have been coming for years and it doesn’t not seem to get better, you just kinda hope it works out. The location is phenomenal and seating options in the summertime are wonderful if they take care of it. What can I say— charge less for the service you offer, I paid almost 30 dollars for a meal I couldn’t eat, TAKE FEEDBACK and don’t just ban customers who call you out (happened to a friend of mine) which is why I am reviewing as opposed speaking directly — when her mom and her complained about a black hair in their wrap they blamed the customers who are BLONDE, it takes a lot for me to negatively review a place, this time was just necessary.
