The lady at the front with short hair who served came across rude . Didn't offer a tray to carry 2 drinks when asked to provide a tray she didn't seem happy, didn't say thank you upon leaving, Extremely rude .
My kids loved it! Not overly sweet but fresh and good quality. The service was nice too!

Used to be my go-to for the last 7 years+ and still ok for pick-up but the last handful of times I've popped in to order in-person, the staff has been prickly. For pick-up, the owner told me to call when I'd arrived because I had a sleeping baby in the car, so they can bring my drink to me...well if she wasn't there, staff were reluctant to bring my drink(s) out..even 1 guy checked if I actually had my baby in the car. Unfortunately the lady owner/manager is rarely there and she'd always provided amazing customer service but if their customer care continues the way it is now, I'd recommend they bring in a touch screen to order to reduce face to face interactions. It has really turned me off especially having been a loyal customer through covid and bringing friends and family to this location, walking 30 mins to get here during covid, and to now be greeted with prickly staff...needless to say, I've started going elsewhere now.

super fresh bubble tea made with real fruit! they also had the spiciest fries LOL but they were addicting - must try if you like spice
There are so many pearls and teas! There isn't just one tea, you can have the pearls with anything. I didn't have the food but from the drinks I can tell they are good quality.
