Used to be my go-to for the last 7 years+ and still ok for pick-up but the last handful of times I've popped in to order in-person, the staff has been prickly. For pick-up, the owner told me to call when I'd arrived because I had a sleeping baby in the car, so they can bring my drink to me...well if she wasn't there, staff were reluctant to bring my drink(s) out..even 1 guy checked if I actually had my baby in the car. There are so many pearls and teas! There isn't just one tea, you can have the pearls with anything. I didn't have the food but from the drinks I can tell they are good quality.
