Great place! Interior is spacious and nicely furnished. Tea was good (got the iced london fog milk tea), and staff were great!

Drinks: the drinks alone are incredibly well made, if your drink isnt to your liking, theyll remake it for you for free. the drinks are also super customizable.
Servers: the servers are SO sweet and hospitable, they went through many items with me and knew the menu well, and were able to give very good recommendations. i brought my umbrella with me too and i forgot it on my way out. I was on the other side of the block ready to cross the street and one of the servers ran out after me to give me my umbrella that I forgot! I can not recommend this place enough, the servers there deserve tips!
Brown sugar bubble tea is amazing. My favourite bubble tea place.

By far my favourite bubble tea place in the city. I’m so sad that the willow park location closed as it was a much closer drive to me than 17th ave is. Love the variety of pearls and flavours, never had something that was a miss at purrtea
PurrTea location in Sunterra is our go to spot for a sweet treat on the weekend with the kids. It’s right beside a Starbucks but this is way better. Fast service delicious drinks excellent presentation and comfy seats. They also have a great point system I’m always getting a free tea after 2 visits. Staff are courteous and food is picture perfect presentation.
Loved their bbteas! And the pearls were so soft and still chewy! Would definitely be back! We also loved the cat theme!! So cute!
