Always an amazing culinary experience coming to Q Haute! The food never disappoints and the service is absolutely impeccable. It has a warm, romantic and sophisticated atmosphere. The tea selection is probably one of the best in Calgary. This is the place to celebrate a special occassion or to impress a date - you'll never be disappointed in either the food or service!

Exceptional! I don't use that word lightly - everything about dining at Q Haute Cuisine is perfection! The service and attention to detail is always flawless. The food is incredible, the best in Calgary. We were lucky to have the tasting menu last month, every bite was delicious. Plating was beautiful. I love how our server explained the story of each plate and walked us through the wine pairings - a true dining experience! The staff were professional and attentive but also had great sense of humour and we had lots of fun with them too! Cannot fault our experience at Q Haute Cuisine!

Q Haute is among my all-time favourite restaurants. The food is creative and delicious, the view is beautiful, and the service is second to none (esp. under Marcello/Rana).I've enjoyed their lunch menu for many years, and intend to resume doing so once the COVID-19 pandemic ends. My employer's Calgary office also hosts its annual Christmas dinner here. Without fail, Q Haute always delivers memorable food and courteous service.

As it was our anniversary, we decided to support this restaurant as it had just opened after the pandemic restrictions were easing. First off, the service was very good, and the staff were all taking care with hand sanitizer and masks. But the masks - were so cheap and poorly made, as our server was talking, his mask kept falling off his nose. The food arrived in the 4 course set menu, with an amuse-bouche. Each course was beautiful and presented on various natural items - a piece of wood we were advised was not edible; a large river rock, etc. But sadly, for all the beauty, the dishes were lacking in flavour. Only the duck confit dish was truly delicious. We had one course that had fennel in it, but it was as tough as plastic! The wine was good - we ordered a bottle rather than the pairings. But sadly, aside from a really cheap and tiny candle in a tacky acrylic holder (the whole thing including the candle only about 4 inches tall) no other nod to our anniversary was made. This is the first time we've celebrated at a high-end restaurant that some sort of fuss was made and even a beautiful dessert or after-dinner drink offered. So that didn't feel very special at all. We also noted that the artwork was very uninteresting and poorly-hung, rather at odds with the rest of the ambiance. This restaurant is getting old and tired, and very little effort being made to create special and memorable experiences. For the high-end pricing, we expected better. Much better.

Great food (perfectly balanced flavours, creative, nothing oversalted or oversweetened) exceptional service, very knowledgeable staff. Appreciate slow dining without rushing through the courses. Standards of service such as interaction with customers, change of cutlery, timing of courses is great. Obviously, not a cheap place but you will know what you are paying for, unlike in other fine dining restaurants in Calgary. Also learn more about wine and tea from staff if you are interested in a chat.

This place is one of my favourite restaurants. The food is almost too beautiful to eat, and then when you take a bite, it's like heaven. The view is just as gorgeous and the staff think of what you need before you even know you needed it. Looking forward to dining here again.

We ordered the beef brisket, orecchiette pasta, chicken sandwich and chocolate tart for a Friday night meal. Everything was cooked wonderfully and the sides to the brisket were delicious. The pasta held the sauce nicely and the bread for the chicken sandwich tasted fresh and homemade. Staff were super organized with the contactless pickup too which is appreciated!
