My visit was marred by an unacceptable incident: after consuming my meal, the staff tried to prevent me from using the restroom, claiming that it was out of order. I had to protest before they finally gave in, confirming that their initial refusal was unjustified. It is unbelievable how lacking in judgment and poor in customer service they were to deny customers something so basic. The experience was truly awful.

Got lost and stumbled here cause I was super hungry. I was eating my wrap until I noticed it tasted very bland. Theres not much flavour to it and the texture of the chicken felt like it was fake because of how dull it was💔😭 🥀employees super duper nice tho first time having this and they took the time to explain what everything was 😁

Firstly I’d actually rate the food 4-5 stars however.......the 2 female servers were very rude with ignorant attitudes. They make you very aware that your a nuisance to them for coming in to order food. When I eat somewhere I want some smiles or even someone that pretends to be happy or pretends they want to be there is fine. I’ve heard bad things about the staff before going there but shrugged it off until it happened to me. Change your staff and set some rules in regards to how they interact with people. At this rate I’ve heard more negative than positive and in turn will eventually lead to the business shutting down. Great food but I will not be back.

I ordered from this location off skip a couple months ago and I had bit on a rock that was in my burrito, forward over to now I found out a piece of my tooth chipped off and I’m having to get it removed and it’s not able to be fixed. Please do better
