I visited this location on Sunday night around 9:25 PM after coming from the Cornerstone area. The staff member( indian girl) at the counter was not welcoming at all. She told us to wait because she was preparing takeout orders and said we’d need to wait 10–15 minutes just to place an order. I’ve worked in the food industry for four years, and I’ve never seen this kind of service — customers should never be asked to wait that long just to order because of takeout delays. We waited patiently until around 9:40 PM, and when she finally took our order, she started listing all the items they didn’t have: no beans, no onions, no grilled chicken, and only spicy chicken available.
If she had told us that earlier, we could have saved our time instead of waiting for nothing. On top of that, she mentioned they close at 9:30 and that if she serves customers after that, she doesn’t get paid by the owner. That sounds very unprofessional and concerning for any food business. They must have camera footage from that night (I’m not sure if it includes audio), but it should clearly show what happened. As regular customers, we expect better service and honest communication. I hope the owner pays attention to this feedback. Overall, it was a disappointing experience — poor communication, lack of courtesy, and wasted time

I used to come to this Quesada’s all the time, but the service here has completely fallen off. The last two times I’ve come in, there were zero customers in the store just me and the same south Asian female worker completely ignored me while making a pile of DoorDash orders and kept accepting more while ignoring me.
I waited over 25 minutes the last time I was here before walking out because she couldn’t even acknowledge me. I decided to give it another shot today around 2 PM, and it was the same worker, same attitude, same story. I stood there while she kept making delivery orders like I didn’t exist.
It’s ridiculous that someone physically in the store has to wait half an hour just to order food. I literally went across the street to Chipotle and got served immediately.
Train your staff properly or hire more people, because whoever’s running this shift clearly doesn’t care. I won’t be coming back and judging by how dead the place always is, I’m probably not the only one who feels this way, it’s a good way to lose your business that’s already obviously struggling because of the competition across the street.

Staffing changes over the last few months have cause da dramatic decrease in the quality of the burritos. So loosely wrapped you can barely hold them and hardly toasted that they come apart. Staff can also be incredibly slow.

Amazing, simply put. I had a small cheesy bomburrito, double toasted, Pork Al Pastor along with the spicy chipotle elote bowl (small) was superb! Will be back without a doubt.
