The food is spectacular! I tried something new this time and was not disappointed! The Pomfret was exactly as described by its English name... Butterfish!!! Absolutely divine! I'll eat this fish more often for sure! 🤩

I am not Naiyaa J.

I was actually having a bad day when I came here and their mango lassi which was enthusiastically recommended by one of their staff, almost instantly lifted my mood!
I got their chicken vepuda with rice and it tasted amazing—my fam even said so. The marinated chicken, even if it was not saucy, was so tender and juicy! I ordered their mysore masala dosa and it was super duper good—I finished it all alone ehe!

I love Indian food and Raj Palace is one of the best restaurants I have ever been into. I would definitely bring my indian friends here one of these days! Helpful and welcoming staff, and tasty food.

No idea why the reviews are good. The quality is terrible. The chicken in our butter chicken was fatty and rubbery. Every single piece. Just terrible quality. Had a few bites and then called it quits. The garlic naan had crunchy bits almost like an onion and the naan itself was so thin and chewy. The cheese naan was also thin and chewy and rubbery.

Really upset that we spent so much money just for our date night to still end in hunger.

Delicious Indian cuisine with rich spices and fresh ingredients that truly capture the essence of traditional Indian cooking. The portions are generous and the menu provides an excellent balance of classic favorites and unique specialties. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the atmosphere as enjoyable as the food itself.

This was the worst Indian food I’ve tried in Calgary. Everything was so watered down and bland. I’m not sure how this place stays in business. Very disappointed. Leftovers are going in the garbage
