Very dirty. Tables weren't cleaned nor organized. Cashier was the cook and wasn't there all the time - he left several times to get things downstairs so we had to wait maybe ten minutes and another couple had to wait for some time as well. We had to get our own drinks from the refrigerator, including their pitcher of water and the plastic glasses were just on a clothed table. The chicken karaage donburi sucked. The ramen was meh. The takoyaki had weird sauce. Wouldn't go back.

This was the worst ramen I have ever had. The pork pieces were not cooked well and tasted weird, and the overall flavor of the dish was awful. The food was not edible.

You need to give our server Doreen a raise, that woman was working solo taking order AND cooking delicious food.
Deluxe black garlic is amazing, and the gyozas and spring rolls were crispy and delightful.
Only complaint is Doreen needs more assistance, at least someone to take orders. Again, she was absolutely amazing!

Good food, great ramen selections but I haven't had the opportunity to try all of the flavours. Greatly recommend the Chili Goma Ramen for spicy lovers! Will be back to try the other flavours soon!

I went a few days ago and I wasn't sure if I had an employee who just was having a bad day or it is just her usual. I kept waiting for a bubble tea after all my food had been served, it wasn't coming so I had to go up and ask, she forgot. Later on, I noticed a blue plastic piece of something in my ramen while eating from it. I'm not sure what it was, but I didn't want more ramen, so I asked if I could have another bubble tea instead since it would be cheaper for the restaurant. The employee said she would get me a new bowl of ramen. Overall, good food but bad service. Maybe next time it will be a different server so I can change my mind about this place. Also, they really do have a sign that says good ratings can give you a free pop.
