Thier quality has gone really poor , idk if they change the cook or what, malai kofta was like some curry with too much turmeric, absolutely missing taste of malai kofta, mint lacha Grantham had no mint in it, peshawar naan quality has gone poor, will never order from them, complete waste of money, food, time

Bought LADDU from this store. Instead of giving the fresh one, the girl on till gave me old luddu even they have fresh one there.

I was in the area for picking up my food for Kolachi then saw their sign nearby thought to give it a try , ordered two fresh plain nans , one pound plain Gulab jaman and Ras Gullas mix and one pound jalabi, I found their pricing of everything higher than other competitors in NE or NW, I got only Gulab Jaman in the box when checked at home , naans were okay but $2.25 for plain naan was bit higher for takeout , same methai elsewhere you can get for $12 /lbs of the same quality or even better , Dal jalabi elsewhere is $6 / lbs where as they charged me $8 / lbs . Also charged me 15c for bag on top of higher price . When I asked girl at the counter who was not much customer friendly to tell owner that I want to talk to him , she replied that owner is not here . I will never go back to this place again.

Yesterday ordered garlic naan and butter naan but was disgusted by watching 2 white hair on them

Worst experience ever, Owner is a terible guy. Zero manners, no commitment of words, worst service.

We Hired them for Catering at wedding, the owner is the worst guy to deal with, Not a man of his words, while booking he gave gave us a list of food and drinks, and when we were a few days close to function he said he doesn’t do the drinks , we have to arrange for drinks. Also he changed the menu that we selected and never informed us about it, we noticed the changes in the menu on the day of the function. He added 500$ for crocery in advance and served us on paper plates. And when we negotiated about these changes in the final payment he started being rude with us and disrespectful. And when we gave him the money he threw the bills away. The guy(owner) have some serious issues going on. Our experience with him were terrible and I am sure that if he keeps treating his customers like this, his business is soon going to colapse. So far my worst experience in canada while dealing with a business. No at all recommend. There are many other good food businesses which are way better for price.

The lady at front have zero customer service skills.
She will not even greet you when you enter.
There was one punjabi girl working there before, she was so friendly.
And please mention on the menu, when you change the things. Like not providing mint sauce with samosas.
I drove all the way from airdrie to buy food.
And who on earth eats samosas without mint sauce.
And stop showing the attitude that you have to pay for the sauce, if the person can pay for the food. They , sure can pay for sauce as well.
Although, the samosas tastes super good.
But, you guys really need to train your staff on customer service skills.

We hosted our baby shower at Rasoi East Indian Restaurant & Party Hall, and it was an amazing experience! The food was fantastic—all our guests loved it. Perhaps the best Indo-Chinese food we have had in Calgary hitherto! The staff was incredibly friendly and even joined in the fun by dancing towards the end, making the event extra special. Cutlery & Hall lighting was great and the washroom were kept neat.
Preet was wonderful to work with—flexible and always smiling. Gurwinder, the owner, was professional, responsive, and ensured all our requirements were met perfectly.

Thank you for making our event so memorable! We highly recommend Rasoi and will definitely host future events here.

Yesterday I ordered veggie pakora it was very raw and tasteless. I was shocked to see that the green chutney was like green colour in water .ABSOLUTE GARBAGE FOOD!

Order a fish pakora. They give watery green sauce nothing was in the sause just cloured green water

We ordered kadai mushroom, it was disgusting and excessive oil. We just garbaged everything rightaway. Wastage of money! Will never go again! Garlic naaan was just like rubber!

We celebrated our daughter’s first birthday here. They gave us an exceptional service in each department. Food was amazing, presentation of tables was amazing, big hall with amazing decor!!! Owner is really hilarious and nice! I highly recommend this place for gatherings??
