I recently held a memorial for my brother on a Saturday afternoon last week. I had met with Leslie earlier in the week to ensure our party of 35 would be looked after. This involved the food, drinks, staffing, entertainment (pipers and Kyla for a round of Name That Tune) and the physical layout of the room.
I could not possibly have asked for a better wake for my Brother. The staff went out of their way to ensure everyone was taken after. Everything I had asked for was done or arranged seamlessly. the food was excellent, the service top notch and the support for the event was spectacular.
There were more smiles than tears at the event. This what is exactly what my family wanted. Our neighbourhood is fortunate to have a pub that cares and delivers.
So thank you to all the staff helping make this day truly special and memorable!

The food here is very very good. I visited on Sunday to watch the NFL games. Server was friendly and efficient. She made sure I was taken care of as well as her 2 large tables elsewhere. It was nice to not feel forgotten even when she was clearly very busy! Excellent work. The food was hot and yummy. Highly recommend this place!

Popped in for a leisurely late lunch and meet up with old friends. My husband and I don’t eat as much as we use to so we decided to split the Friday special fish/chips and added an additional piece of fish. The serving was very large, delicious and all fish with a very thin batter. We ended up taking home the extra piece. I apologize,forgot to take a photo. We will definitely be back.

I called ahead and asked for the 2 piece haddock fish n chips. I received a very generous serving. The employees are very pleasant to deal with. This is a wonderful local pub that gives excellent value.

I have always found the food here to be one of my favorite pubs for food. Have had most of the menu. But be warned on Wednesday wing nights usually a line up... better after 7 pm. Reason for 3 is some new waitresses so can be slow.
