Susanna is absolutely amazing. Every time we come to Red Lobster we sit in her section. She always greets us with a huge smile and asks how we are doing. She memorized our order from the first time we sat in her section and every time we come she knows exactly what we want. She always sends us home with a goodie bag of biscuits to enjoy the next day. We absolutely love her and would highly recommend her.

Dinner with my mom here was very enjoyable thanks to Kareem. Our food arrived fast and hot and was delicious. Kareem’s service made our experience comfortable as he ensured to check on us, gave refill ice teas without asking, and complimentary biscuits by the end of our dinner that, by the way, pair so good with whatever orange lobster soup we got before our main course, the surf and turf. We left the place with full and satisfied bellies and would love to come again. Live, laugh, love Red Lobster and Kareem.
