At the beginning our server was great. Once food came out plates were missing items, crab was water logged and tasteless. Two meals were inedible. There was no offer to remake or replace, we just left hungry. We come once a year for Fathers Day, this is the 2nd year we've been disappointed. But last night was the worst. It was dad who recieved one of two inedible meals. The restaurant was busy, the noise was loud, it just semmed like everyone was running around with no idea what to do. Server never checked on us after we got the meals, we waited over 45 minutes for food, then nothing..we asked two other servers if they could please get.our server to come out. Still waited another 20 minutes for her...

We have no red lobster in BC so this was a real treat. The food was excellent even went twice. The price was on high side but they have daily specials. The buns are so yummy especially when hot.

Clam chowder soup is amazing. The escargo was as well. Dinners of course are large and meant we had enough to take another meal home. Server was so amazing. Very enjoyable day and dinner out. THANKS.

We come for my sister in laws birthday tonight and we had an amazing time. ANA was our server and she was so kind, upbeat, made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that the birthday girl felt special and had a great birthday dinner !!! She went out of her way to ensure that any special requests were done and she made it even more than we imagined! This is an amazing place to eat!!!!! We will be returning !!!

Always an amazing experience when going to Red Lobster! The food is absolutely amazing but at times left feeling very gross due to how buttery the food can be, between the sauces and the biscuits. Regardless would recommend!

I had the Alfredo Linguine with shrimp. Lots of shrimp and the sauce was perfect. Generous portion. And, of course, the biscuits are fabulous! I hadn't been there for at least 20 years and I will definitely be back soon. It was a good experience.

Our server Megan was great, very friendly, professional, 10/10. Our food was good, wasn't as good as normally when we've been there. The meals were not hot, and the steaks were a bit rare for our liking but was still very tasty. The meat was a bit to chew, not sure if it was due to being more rare than medium rare. Didn't help that the knives were very dull and the serrated knife tore up the meat vs cutting it. Regardless, was still a good meal and my family and I had some great conversations during our meal which I loved the most. We will of course be back.
Overall the service was very good. We marveled how fast the food came along. Even waiting for the bill came within a few minutes, everything came efficiently. I was impressed. The food was pretty good but not exceptional. The final bill with 18% tip came out to $172 for two, this included a shared appetizer, Main course and alcoholic drink and a regular drink.

Took my sister there for her bday. Our waitress Ashley R was loud, and obnoxious and we LOVED it!! She was such a great waitress and always made us laugh. She was very observant to what we may or may not needed. Food was so good, but for the price I paid for my dish, wasn't with it. Buns were fresh and delicious like always Drinks were moderately priced. We enjoy this location and will be coming back here in the future.

We had a good supper. The food was hot and tasty but the strip loin was a bit tough. The restaurant needs an upgrade. It is dark and old. I'm sure in this day and age that this is not a priority but in the long run it could be good for business.

It was my birthday, the server asked and in the end asked us for dessert and brought us a key lime pie with a candle saying that it was for my birthday and then we were charged $10 for it. We have gone to Cactus Club, The Keg, and other such places and they always bring the birthday dessert for free and never charged us. It was a disappointment to see that after spending more than $100 the birthday treat was still put on the bill. I wish you could maintain the standard like other good places.
