Delicious, expensive. We received dessert for our birthday. There is a smell of food in the common room; it’s not very pleasant when all your clothes are saturated with the smell of food. Everyone is happy.

I rarely write review because I know people can have bad days but, I had some concerns about customer service. I’m a pretty regular customer at this location and came for the endless shrimp, and the server was unbearable. I wasn’t 100% about the rules she was implying, so I wanted her to explain about it because I’ve never had rules implied to me about endless shrimp. And when I asked questions about it she started the repeat the same sentence as if I was stupid. Treated my family like we were a bunch of fools. When we asked for a server change, she came up and said “you asked for a server change?” And repeated the rules once again. So I told her yes I knew and she said “okay your server will change, even better” and scoffed away. I’m kind of baffled that this level of behaviour can happen at red lobster. Her name was Stef. Honestly though, after we asked for a change, everyone was pretty cold towards us. I really do hope this type of experience never happens again.

Just left the restaurant. 30 minutes of waiting, no acknowledgement, no drinks, every other table around us got served and after a half hour had, had enough. To top it off, the restaurant wasn't even close to busy and probably observed about 4-5 waiters/waitresses. Will not be back
Over the years it has decreased in quality. Two lobster tails for nearly $100 was more like a twin crayfish. Two to three bites and I’m sure there is a process to figure out who gets the biggest portions. Ours was tiny and we could barely each get a taste.
