Red Lobster

I never liked Red Lobster because the food was always salty, and the quality and quantity didn’t match the price. HOWEVER, Valentine’s Day 2026 was different. I decided to give it another chance since my mom wanted to eat lobster, and wooow… I was blown away. I’m not sure what changed, but the food was a complete 180° turn. I would honestly say it’s worth dining here now. I hope Red Lobster keeps their quality and excellent customer service for good. We sincerely had a great time.

I also want to give a shoutout to our server, Mikayla. She was sincere and kind. I could tell she genuinely cares about her customers—thank you. Her vibe was real and warm, not forced.

My family truly had a great time. I will definitely be back. Please keep the food and service this way. Cheers!!

Visited Red Lobster tonight. Justin was our server and he's very passionate about his job. He provided us with exceptional service. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the calamari, shrimp flat bread, sea food boil and the shrimp and mashed potatoes. Will recommend and definitely visit again

I have been coming to red lobster for 30 years and have just done my last visit. The quality of food has deteriorated significantly and the value is nonexistent anymore.
