I am extremely disappointed with the deals they have on Uber. Its more like scam. I ordered a promotion that clearly stated “Buy 1 pizza, get 1 free,” but I was charged for all items and never received the free ones. ( all the same order ) Customer support has been completely useless—they ignored my messages, gave me misleading responses , and failed to resolve the issue. I have still not received any response . This feels like a scam, and I cannot recommend using their service. Poor service, misleading promotions, and zero accountability.

I got their Medium Swan Combo which comes with medium pizza, garlic bread, 8 wings and 2 drinks. I order online and it says 3,50$ for the drinks. I pick it up even asked the employee, who looked at the receipt mind you. Do the drinks come with the combo. I get told yes, it’s part of the deal. Once I got home looked at the receipt, to find out They charge you for the drinks. Not impressed with the employee or the false advertising.

If you like heartburn and a cheap pizza I would suggest this place. I'm not sure why it's rated so highly this is why I tried it, NEVER AGAIN. YOU CAN GET A BETTER PIZZA AT LITTLE CAESARS FOR CHEAPER OR THE ONES YOU BUY AT THE GROCERY STORE. GIVING THIS PLACE A 1 STAR IS BEING NICE FOR HOW POOR QUALITY THERE SO CALLED PIZZA GOOD PIZZA IS. IF U WANT HEART BURN BECAUSE OF A LOW GRADE SAUCE AND PIZZA IN ALL, EAT HERE, THE KID WILL FETCH YOU YOUR PIZZA IN THE BACK WERE YOU CANT SEE IT MADE.

I ordered the Canadian classic pizza and also the Alfredo chicken pizza gourmet. The pizza were awesome! I as Iranian who have the most delicious pizza in the world, can say that red swan has the best Persian style pizza. The gourmet was the best. Both pizza had the most delicious crust in Canada. The crust was containing sesame which reminded me the flavour of Barbari bread.
