Vegetarian options: The store has a vagitarian option and to add into they add Paneer in pizza. That's what I love about.

I dont generally give this kinda review but this is the Rudest customer service ever . They overcharge you. I would better go to the other location. Their pizza had the least amount of cheese i ever had in the pizza and also with burnt crust. 🤮 So disgusting service

Tried the vegie pizza and it is awesome. In addition, like the variety of dipping sauces they have. Good in vegie pizzas and sure that they have genuine taste in Non veg pizzas as well. Bonus: like the behavior and attitude of the staff.

I’ve gotten red swan from many locations before but this location was absolutely horrendous. I was served by Yug Patel who had absolutely horrible customer service and was not helpful at all he was very rude and did not once take into consideration the image he is putting out for the company of red swan. He is a teenager so maybe that should say it all he doesn’t seem to understand his actions have consequences. I would not recommend this food even if it was ur only option after a 3 day hunger strike I would recommend to go on strike for another day because this place sucks. The food was absolutely terrible with hair in 3/5 food items after 1 bite it was fully thrown away so I basically paid 67$ to be verbally abused and then proceeded to be given ingestible food. I would fire Yug Patel instantly.

A big thumbs down to this particular branch/outlet and the staff who was working at the shift on Friday June 14 8:30 PM. We have been ordering from Red Swan pizza for years in Edmonton, Saskatoon and Calgary. But our experience this time was pathetic. The CSR was rude and he was not able to answer our questions about the poor quality pizza and why the coupons cannot be applied on an order. I have previously worked as ASM at Dominos and I know how the operations and sales work. And him arguing on this was not acceptable and extreme example of poor customer service.
Would never order back here ???

I was happy to see one near my location. I prefer the location on 32nd Street. I have yet to find a comparable red swan as that one. Every time I ordered from there it was Hot n fresh tasting cheese. The other 2 locations were not as enjoyable.
