Tried to order online, no dice, so I called in and placed my order. On delivery, I realized there was a mistake - i was missing a pizza. Called back and clearly there had been a misunderstanding. Asked if I could have the second pizza delivered and was told they essentially did me a favour the first time and their drivers were too busy to deliver. Wow! And for subpar tasting food.

We recently ordered from Swan Pizza on Mcleod Trail. The pizza was good however, the service wasn’t great. We placed an order for delivery 5km away which was outside of their delivery zone so they added an additional $10 delivery fee. When the delivery driver arrived, his debit machine was dead. I then proceeded to give my credit card number over the phone and then afterwards the delivery driver began harassing me for a tip and asking if I had cash for him. I didn’t have cash and he would not let me leave until he made another phone call to add a tip for him. The whole experience was very inconvenient and unprofessional.

I'm a regular customer here and come in several times a month because the food and service are consistently excellent. However, I have to say—it's incredibly frustrating that the front door is still so loud every time it shuts. It's jarring, and honestly, it startles me every single time I walk in or out. It's a small fix, but it would make a big difference in the overall experience.
Pizza came 30 mins later than stated. Pizza wasn't cooked through, literally dough in the crust and center very soggy bottom. All the red swan pizzas I've had elsewhere in Ab. Have Sesame seeds and Sesame oil as an ingredient. None of that on this pizza.
Seems like this franchise is trying to save a buck or two by messing with the brand recipe.
