This place was perfectly adequate. Perhaps it was the day of the week or the time we went, but for 21$ we got exactly the quality of meal that we could expect. There weren’t many options out for the Buffet, the dim sum wasn’t available and the hot pot was a separate charge. Although there wasn’t a variety of food and protein options, it looked like we caught the tail end of whatever buffet had happened earlier that day. The koi fish are very affectionate.
I've been going here since I was born, the staff know me so flicking well (since they saw me grow up) even though the food can't be the best but just the sheer nostalgia I get from eating here make me so god damn happy. Sometimes I just stop by especially when I'm in downtown for conventions. Overall I love this place so much and the staff there :]

The steam chicken feet was cooked in a bad texture, it should be golden bronze not dark pink. The rice crepe was in a small portion and the bbq version had the meat in too many bites so it isnt how to supposed to work. Other than that those steam dumpling are in good condition.

My husband and I have been here several times in the past, and the food is generally pretty good. But the last two times we have come to this restaurant we have been seated away from the center and left to watch everyone be served their meals and wait an hour or longer, until we just walk away with no food. Last time we were there we waited 45 minutes, before one of the staff asked if we were waiting for the bill. We were never served any food, and have been waiting this entire time with empty cups of water that we drank, and they’re asking if we want the bill because we’ve been sitting there for so long? This place’s service has gone down hill over the years, and the last interaction will sting forever. If this was just a one time deal I would have ignore it, and I’m not typically the person to say something like this unless it really affected me. The previous times that have been good was only when going with my Chinese in laws, where the service was fast and gracious, but when it’s myself and my husband we get ignored and then asked if we want the bill after waiting for an hour to be served our food? Disgusting.
